It does not look exactly like the Wix or the ACDelco (well, similar - no U 
shaped gasket on perimeter).  But, hard to tell from the angle of the 
picture, that copper color center hole for the bolt is something new.  This 
is the area that is threaded, so hopefully this will not strip out easily.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
