What is the best Pistons and rings to put back in? Premium cast or forged or Hi-tech pistons. Then the rings. Cast Iron or Chrome or Moly? I was told if I used Moly rings I had to run nundeturgent oil for the first 5000 miles. Well I think running nundeturgent for 5000 miles then switching to detergent is not to good for the berings.
