Wonder if he should try a week or 10 trip to Las Vegas " gambling special"
then take a hop and skip flight to Oregon for the week, return to Las Vegas
and then home .

Haven't looked lately, but flights to SinCity used to be available for $50
or nothing for those who asked.

He might even call some of the casinos in Las Vegas and ask if there are any
special deals going, We used to do that in our toy car racing career, we
could get into the Tropicana Honeymoon suites for $35 a night if we told
them we were ready to rock and roll at the tables.

I talked to a couple of folkds about a year ago that had a special deal
flight from Eee-ngLand for a gambling trip to L.Vegas ...  I didn't ask them
any details, however.
