Dave Newell said the following about it:

"This is a great example of the Wayne Hornung Inboard Marine setup. Tom
Keosababian has (or had) one. I don't know if any others exist. They had
some help from Chevy Engineering on the vertical installation, with the dry
sump and 90 degree carbs. The whole engine rotated so it could steer."
