Contrary to Chairmans GGG--

41 years old, is 41 years old.
It doesn't matter if it is still in a NOS plastic package.
No matter whether in damp hot air in FL, or hot dry air in AZ. Or cool dry
air in Montana
41 year old insulation is just that---41 years old.

It WILL crack- It HAS deteriorated. The technology to keep plastic
insulation pliable for decades simply did NOT exist in the 1960's.

Unless of course there are Corvair harnesses in the Southwest hermetically
sealed in steel containers GGG
