I think he's retired, Dave (he's a 'cyber-friend like a lot of VVers, so I 
don't actually know what he looks like - as an aside that applies to an 
alarming number of people I would call friends nowadays).

However, I think he is retired, and the site is part of a co-ordinated and 
serious campaign against Scameras (sorry - speed cameras) which is managed 
with some success by the ABD (www.abd.org.uk) and Paul Smith 
(www.safespeed.org.uk).
