I'm inclined to agree with Dennis here.  The parking brake may SEEM as if it 
is fully released up in the cockpit, but it may not be fully released back 
at the wheels.  Also, after so much heat and frequency of problem, it IS a 
good idea to check the linings and replace the hardware (springs).

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
