We have a show and tell at every meeting of Rocky Mountain CORSA.  Dale 
Wilshire brought in a frayed piece of emergency brake cable which was not 
letting the parking brake release fully.  Laura was having the exact 
symptoms your describing.  The other thing that happened is Dale taped on 
the brake shoes and the lining fell off.  These were almost new bonded 
linings.  He suspects over heating them is what caused the bond to 
fail.  If your shoes have been that hot, you may want to think about 
replacing them.  Laura's car is the beautiful Red 64 that has been in a 
number of CORSA Concours and Cole competitions.  Dale, her father helps her 
maintain it.
