Amsoil sold oil for aircraft for years....dropped it due to excessive
product liability insurance costs...they didn't sell enough to make it
worthwhile.  Strictly a legal/insurance issue...many smaller providers
of aviation products stopped when insurance costs skyrocketed...heck
Piper, Cessna, et. al. stopped production of GA aircraft for this
reason years ago...they have of course since started building them
again.  Not that it won't work fine in an aircraft..it hasn't been
recently certified, etc.. for this use.

I looked at the ad and what's wrong with Amsoil that it's not 
recommended 
for aircraft?
