     Have you already shared with us what you attached to your Dremel to get
it to operate 3 inches down into the fins (where the flash is)? If not, do
tell!
     Got Dremel and flashed heads.

I've used a Dremel tool, and I just can't imagine that anything could be
easier.  Dremel makes a grinding wheel that is the PERFECT spacing for the
fins and the narrow wheels work perfectly in tight spaces.

I don't think I'd use sand blasting  It is too hard to control where and how
much metal is removed.
