<VV> Late model rear seat side panel trim

Anyone have any experience or tips on re-installing a late model coupe rear
seat side panel trim? What type of adhesive did you use? Any suggestions
would be appreciated. 
 
(This is the stainless trim piece that is near the middle of the vinyl side
panel in the back seat)
