as posted many times before, find yourself a good torch man and he should be able to blow any flush broken studs out of the hole with ease. then maybe a quick chase with a tap. i have done it many times on studs, blocks(corvair) and transmissions. lots of heat before you screw around with it!! regards, tim colson
