This is (in my not so humble opinion) Obviously a case of not enough oil presure or a too tight set of bearings. Why would you say "I just can't believe the mains are gone too"? With the rod bearings shot how could they (the mains) not be damaged! Sorry for sounding so calluos.. but really now. OverKill Phil ( in a foul mood)
