I've had 3 PG  vehicles.....1  stock,  2  modified.

After installing the cable..the bellcrank goes to the bottom....you push on 
the TV rod until you feel a "Detent"  and adjust!   The Throttle linkage has to 
pull the carbs to WOT....

What's to screw up?
