<VV> Carb Question

Hi,

Almost ever Vair I've had; 110's, 140's and now my 180, if left for several
days would take a while to start. It always seemed like the carbs were empty
although I never actually pulled a carb and verified it.

If so, why so? Where does the gas go ? Also, I don't remember this happening
with other carb-equipped cars of the same vintage (but that could have been
because they were driven daily).
