Dent Wizzard and the others use long pry bar looking tools with special 
shaped ends to rub out the dent from the inside (after drilling access 
holes), just like body men have been trying for the last century. If you 
buy a franchise they train you and you get a large assortment of 
Snap-On  style screwdrivers with different ends and different lengths. 
The tools are now available without the franchise fees by those smart 
China tool suppliers. There are also franchises like Chips-A-Way  for 
people that want to paint cars a small section at a time. These are 
small paint mixing systems so one can mix just enough paint to touch up 
small areas. Just like auto  painters have done for years, they just do 
not like to work outside in the winter......
