<VV> convention site choices

This is another perpetual and long-running thread...as Ken said, more clubs 
from the western part of the Central region need to put in bids for the 
convention.  After attending my first convention in 1998 I suggested that 
somewhere along the I-35 corridor would be more central-Dallas, Okla. City, 
Minneapolis.  The Iowa mini will be fairly central.  I'd love to go to a 
convention in Denver, or anywhere in Colorado, would go to Albuquerque in a 
heartbeat.
