The "best" place to put an oil pressure sender in on top of a hollow bolt 
going into the oil filter.  Clarks sells them as probably does Lon.  (I 
made my own since I've got a small lathe.)  This puts the oil pressure 
sender on a solid mount with no flexible line to worry about.

If you have to mount it remotely, make sure the sender is mounted to the 
engine, not the body.  A good spot is the alternator brace.  Use steel line 
-- brake line works just fine.  I ran that way for most of a decade without 
any problems.
