Hi Ricki,
Most dwell meters have either two or three leads.  One lead goes to ground, 
likely the black one.
One goes to the coil negative lead, likely the blue one, but many seem to 
use green, but not yours.
Sometimes there is a lead that goes to postive 12 volts, so that would be 
the red one.

That is my best guess.  Let me know how my guess worked out.
