Try looking for Old cars price guide.
Go to the Corsa website and look for cars for sale.
Most of the "good" parts you listed are removable and can be transferred to
your next vair.
If the guy has no insurance and a suspended license, good luck trying to
collect anything from him. He has probably made promises which I doubt he
will keep. If he can't afford insurance, how can he afford to pay you? If
it has not been reported to the police, he is stalling for time as a report
has to be timely. In instances like this, the courts turn it into a civil
matter where you have to sue for compensation, the burden of proof becomes
yours, and if he has no tangible assets you will not collect anything. If
you have coverage on your own, turn it in and let the insurance company
seek their own reimbursement...........

Good luck replacing the car for any less money.............let him search
one out for you.

I need a Corvair Value quote. I was hit by another car 
and the person does not want to pay the $4400, which 
is an average of 4 quotes for the damage to be 
repaired. He wants to just give me the money for 
another car because he does not have insurance and a 
suspended license. This is where you guys come in to 
help. I will give you a brief run down of what I have
