Mark,
I agree that the 7.00X13 tires are bigger in circumference than the
P185/80R13s, but in actuality they both have almost the exact same rolling radius. That
means they both have the same number of revolutions per mile on the car. So
in that way the 185/80R13 radial tire IS an exact replacement for the 7.00X13
tire.
