Does the word "Delcostat" always need to be present, or  could any of the 
following also indicate that the bellows are of genuine GM  origin: "H", 
"J2", "HRD

The H, I don't know about, J2 is probably the date, September 62, or  
September 72, and HRD means "Harrison Radiator Division" (of GM).  These  are genuine 
parts.
