<VV> No Corvair - Powdercoat color question

I have an unusual request for some "hot pink" Corvair carburetors to match 
the silicone wires of that color. I am wondering if anyone has experience in 
mixing Eastwood colors to get such a shade. I am thinking probably 3 or 4 parts 
bright red to 1 part gloss white, but thought I would check before wasting some 
very expensive powder.
