Ok I get the rules but what's the trick to building a racer? Can you drill holes in the cover for axels for the wheels or do they have to be mounted some other kind of way (cover on a mini skate board)? Heck does it even have to have wheels... I'm thinking highly waxed skis could work ,especially on an ice track.
