This has the makings of a great Corvair related train.  However, some 
questions first .... 

Is the engine in your possession already?

If so, what is its condition?

How much of the work are you capable of doing yourself?  If you have all of 
the work done professionally, the $4000 will not go nearly as far as it will if 
you do all the disassembly, cleaning reassembly, etc.
