<VV> New Wiring Harness No Lights -- Update

After installing a new fuse block wiring harness in my '64, I 
reported no turn signals, instrument panel lights and brake 
lights that did work and now don't.

I got the brake lights working by playing with the brake light 
switch. Apparently it was sticky.

Still no turn signals or dashboard lights though. any ideas?
