Bob, if you are going to do a rear wheel alignment, buy new eccentric bolts
first.  I guarantee the old ones will break off unless the car has never
seen winter or rain or salt.  The marks mean nothing as every car will be
different.  Also remember if you are adjusting toe-in of rear wheels, you
have to loosen up the small control arm stabilizers at the transmission
mount.  When you get the arms to body mount where it needs to be, then
tighten the stabilizer rod brackets at the trans mount.  If you don't loosen
the brackets you won't be adjusting anything!  Also adjustments made on jack
stands will change as soon as the weight is on the wheels.  Measure the
alignment first, adjust in small amounts and roll the car around to let it
settle into normal operating position.  Then measure again.
