That's a good idea to keep relevant laws handy; hadn't thought of that one.  TN has no problem with the rear plate only since that's all anyone has here.  I drove the 66 to work today and a police car followed me for a while on the way home...I was sure that I hadn't done anything but he was tracking with me for quite a while...maybe just a gawker...though several cars ran wide of me as if my 3-spoke spinner wheel covers were 3 ft long blades.

You folks in MN will love going to 20% alchohol on your gasahol...at Oak Ridge National Lab...much effort on energy studies...all our plant vehicles run on the 20%  blend already.  When the temperatures drop below 20F, the vehicles won't start...the secretary called and asked what to do...they literally said wait till it gets warmer...and next tank blend in more gasoline till  it gets warmer.  It eats/damages the Fords; the GM products do ok with it...but still won't start when it's cold.
