 Here in VA, when they aren't pulling over Mike Hicks
<GGG>, the troopers are on a blitz to make everyone
wear their seatbelt. I really feel safe that there are
reports of car thieves, drug dealers, home invaders,
etc (in the same newscast as the State Police
commercials!), but the state feels the need to keep me
from hurting myself. Way to spend my money....
