Well, the Portland entry form is on the NECC web site as a downloadable PDF 
file, and has been for a while.  The BeaveRun entry form will be the next 
one to get posted once all the Ts are dotted and the Is are crossed.

I'd enter Portland today if I could secure a car to drive!
