<VV> Milestone 1964 Corvair?

I used to belong to the Milestone car club and many Corvairs have been
designated by them as 'Milestone Automobiles" I then figured it out that
they were taking our dues (more than twice what it cost to belong to CORSA)
and throwing these lavish parties every couple of months for the people on
the inside. Their newsletter was every other month and had some good
technical stuff in it but also had picture of these parties. When the only
thing I was getting out of the club was an eight page every other month in
black on a heavy brown paper and they wanted to raise the dues to $75 (15
years ago), I decided I didn't need to support the lavish parties anymore.

The concept was good and probably the original intent, but if you didn't
live in the right part of the country and couldn't get to the events you
were paying for with your dues, you were a sucker.
