<VV> Wiring project update

I'd like to thank those who responded to my question about the wiring differences in the Earlies. The plan is to start with the 64 diagrams and work my way back. I also need to work on the other Late Model years.
 
I originally intended to only include the wiring for the major harnesses. It seems that there's enough interest to include some of the "minor" wiring, such as AC.
