Had similar trouble when I was datalogging with some sensors. I had good 
luck buying some ferrite cores ( shaped line donuts) and tightly winding 
the signal cable thru it. Will attenuate the high freq interference. Can
buy some split ferrite cores also at Radio Shack.

Also had trouble at LeMans one year when the telemetry from the car 
interfered with the TV signal the French TV guys were putting in for 
in-car coverage. Solved that with copper foil tape with conductive 
adhesive.
