<VV> Garage doors--- no Corvair

Alas, not here in Delaware. My house was built in 1989, and neither GD has  
safety cables. In fact, I don't see them on a lot of new homes here.

I  believe...since 1975  or so.......ALL  springs for garage type doors  have 
a 
safety rod / cable inside.....at least in LaLaland it's been that  way....
