<VV> 66 Steering Column

work but it has limits. That makes sense given the collapsible section that
was added to column in '67.

According to the 66 FSM supplement section 9, "The coupling and reaction
plate are to allow the lower steering shaft to absorb the impact in case of
a front end collision."

Anyone know if it works ?
