When you have a car that is a loser.....white 
elephant.........undesireable.....You DUMP it!

These cars are brought to Calif. to be sold to someone back east / overseas, 
etc.,  ....just the fact that it's IN   Calif.  adds interest.

Folks out here have a choice of many fine examples of every thing 
imagineable....no need to buy a 2nd rate vehicle  at an inflated price..

This 5996...is a beautiful car.....but a repaint.........so no  real 
"collector" would really be interested...just those that are trying to have fun 
collecting...and make some $$$  later on...

Just look in the adds from the eastern part of ther country....." purchased 
in Calif.   no rust....always garaged".......get the idea?
