IMHO, the best match currently available is a 205/70-14.  There just  
isn't anything in a 13 that's as big anymore.  The 14" rally wheel with  
those tires gives a nice "factory" look even though it isn't  stock.

Also, an appropriate sized 14" tire and standard steel wheel (14 x 6 or 14  x 
7) will look pretty stock if you add in a set of 14" three-prong wire Wheel  
caps. They were Chevelle/Impala/ Corvair (FC) and others for 1964-66. Lots  
available at swap meets. From 25 feet, they look just like the 64-66 13" Corvair 
 Wire Wheel cap. - I deven ran 13" on the front and 14" on the rear with the 
wire  caps. Most folks never knew the difference.
