I've never seen one that didn't!  on the west coast.....

I believe the actual compression is only 8.XX  to 1    Healthy engines never 
crank more than 145psi....

Normal 110's  155-65  in my experience....

I would expect it to have an advanced cam as well.....pulls great under 2000 
rpms....engine is 54k  since new..never touched internally..
