A simple  1/4" x   3" x 18"  bar......with a hole / nut welded for  the drive 
bolt [ with a flat disk on the end of the bolt, so as not to screw up the 
threaded hole ]   and 4 holes to bolt to the Yoke........hang on to the bar and 
crank away!
