1.  What kind of pistons and how much clearance did you give.  Could be 
piston slap.  If so, should quiet down a bit after things warm up.

2.  Do you KNOW that all the push rods are correctly installed?

3.  If it IS something caught in a lifter, try changing the oil.  You might 
get lucky.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
