<VV> Lost 3/4 Gear follow up

Thanks for the advice guys.  I read the manual, but it seems pretty non-descript...but I got a buddy this time and it sure helps to have two people!  We took the shift coupler back off, adjusted the shifter where we wanted it, tweaked it some...and now I have four gears again and reverse.  When you have someone to shift the thing, it makes it a lot easier to see if you have four gears engaging!
