i have several tools that were made for arm removal over the years.   the 
only one i usually need (in my toolbox)is a piece of masonite(thick  cardboard 
would work)  about 2 in wide by 5 in long with a notch cut to fit  around the 
shaft. this protects the body from my madness with a pin(finishing  nail) in the 
arm and a screwdriver.it works on fc's and lakewoods  anyhow.
