Yes, the folks below both repair & supply the rebuild kits- whichever
way you want to go.  The kits are $24.50 (+$9.50 shipping for 1 or
more).  I've rebuilt about a dozen myself.  I haven't had them rebuild
one yet as I assumed the price (I don't know what they charge) would not
be far off what I could just get a 'new' one from our vendors.
