Welcome to the Corvair family and we are family. As you drive your Corvair  
more and more, you'll learn that almost everyone has a Corvair story. I'd  
recommend that you develop a less "active" response to the "Didn't Ralph Nader  
say those cars are unsafe?" than you buddy's display for you :^).
 
You are absolutely correct, Corvair ownership is an addiction.
