<VV> Build date on Fisher body tag

The upper left hand corner of Christine's body tag has "09B" stamped on
it, which I believe indicates that Fisher body built the body during the
second week of September.  Looking at the calendar for September 1965,
it shows that September 1st was on a Wednesday.  The first full week
started on Sunday, September 5th, and the second full week started on
Sunday, September 12th.  

Does anyone know what Fisher Body considered to be the second week of
September?  Did the partial week count as the first week or did the
first week start on the 5th?
