<VV> 1963 turbo - No boost

> I am having the same problem with Dan Giannottis 65 Corsa Turbo. The engine has a Weber carb and some engine mods, waste gate and all. It ran like a scalded dog until last summer. All of a sudden it started loosing boost to the point of running like a 80 hp Briar. We have checked out everything and we feel it is fuel delivery. So if anyone has another thought, I would like to hear.

Do u have any sort of air/fuel meter to see if u are lean. The wide band 
ones are getting pretty cheap. In liu of that, a fresh set of plugs, a 
short blast with ignition cut, then looking at plugs, should give u an 
idea of whether it is lean enough to cause the problem.
