<VV> Filler Neck Follies

My '65 Corsa has a rotted out filler neck connector hose that leaks big time when filing the tank & I suspect the fuel return line is in similar condition. From the shop manual & GM assembly info it looks like the fuel return line drains back into the filler neck above the connector hose to the tank. Have to assume the tank vent line is gone as well. Is there a way to replace these 3 items w/o dropping the tank?
