Chromalusion is a duPont product that contains a bunch of tiny
multifaceted "mirror" flakes which, depending on the angle of light
and viewing, will change color. It's a basecoat paint which is a
single-pass coating unlike candy or metalflake colors etc. It uses
a clearcoat to protect the basecoat.

It's also very expensive stuff and rather unforgiving in spraying technique.
