FW: <VV> government corvairs/geiger counters

Hey guys,
I got a catalog from one of my "hunting/military surplus" places....  
"Sportsmans..." something, and they had some old surplus Geiger counters for  sale... 
bright yellow with the old triangle and the "CD" in the middle, old  
"Civilian Defense" stuff... runs off D batteries... I wanted to buy one, just to  
have... and maybe check the "warmth" of an old piece of uranium ore that I've  had 
since I was a kid... in an old "Boy Scout" mineral ore collection... it's  
about the size of a big marble... not big enough for Doc Brown to use in  his 
flux capacitor....
If I can dig up the catalog I'll post the company web site or phone  
number... they were in the $60 range, if I remember correctly.
