<VV> The elusive -091 ignition coil

Hi,
 
In this month's Communique there is an article on stock Corvair ignition
coils from Bob Helt. I have been researching coils a little bit myself and
have asked you-all previously for examples of each coil. I have gotten
confirmation on all except the '62 - '64 turbo service replacement coil,
1115091.

Since some time has passed since my last request, I thought I would ask
again--does anyone have an example of this coil? The last three digits (091)
should be on the case.
